1. Refund Window
Refund or return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, or
- The product is damaged upon delivery
Original packaging is not mandatory, but proper proof is required.
3. Damaged Product Reporting
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos and order details must be shared
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Products provided free with a main product
- Any complimentary service or product
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping will be paid by Bhagyakosh Store only if the product was delivered damaged
- For other reasons, return shipping may not be covered
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
